To Burnley – and beyond… getting around Burnley is easy, wherever you go, whatever you do.

Starship is the local network of services running throughout the day, 7 days a week. We should think about leaving our cars at home sometimes, especially where there is an excellent alternative. From Burnley Bus Station we have routes out to Rose Grove, Stoops Estate, Summit, Worsthorne, Todmorden, Nelson and Higherford.

During the day, Starship services generally run at least every 30 minutes, with higher frequencies on some routes, so this is a great way to travel.

The Starship yellow and caramel livery really stands out, especially with the cheeky 'sci-fi' messages on the rears, so you're sure to have seen one of the buses around town. Inside is bright and comfortable with room for buggies and wheelchairs, a powered wheelchair ramp, and CCTV cameras for your added safety.
